Hi, I’m Megan Alves—Licensed Clinical Social Worker, mom of two, mental health educator, and the founder of Mental Summit. But more than titles, I’m someone who deeply believes in the power of showing up for yourself—even when it’s messy. I created this 3-Day Reset because I’ve seen (in my work and in my own life) how easy it is to lose your footing when you’re holding too much. I’ve also seen what’s possible when we take a moment to pause, check in, and gently start again. This space isn’t about perfection or “fixing” yourself. It’s about learning how to feel more in control—even on the hard days. And doing it in a way that’s simple, supportive, and actually fits your real life. Whether you’re totally new to emotional work, or this is your return to self-care, I’m honored to guide you. Let’s take it one day at a time.
